We provide high quality dependable, compassionate caregivers for you or your loved one. Our rates are affordable, our schedule flexible. At SSO we personalize your care needs to fit your budget and family lifestyle.

Private Pay

Major Payer is a Private Fund and some Insurance companies. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and money orders.

Private Duty

SSO caregivers come to your home to serve you. They will then perform the tasks as dictated by your personalized schedule; including accompanying you to appoints in the community.

Patient Care

Non-Medical

Meaning the caregiver you choose from SSO regardless of medical training will be in your home to provide non-medical care such as Personal Care, Companion Care, Respite Care, or chore services such as but not limited to: Bathing, toileting, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundering, bedmaking, cooking, shopping, pet care, Medication reminder, appointments setting and accompaniment on trips in the community, for example, to medical appointments, social visits, or educational. Our caregivers are dedicated to service and are ready and able to ensure that you and your loved one receive the highest quality of care while remaining in your own home. I am a current client of this provider.
We got Senior Services Options for my grandmother. Some of the staff weren't really great, but I talked to the owner, and she took care of everything, and we've gotten some very good people in there right now. They come in for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with 6 of them rotating. They help her in cooking, cleaning, and following her when she gets up, in case she falls down. The price is the best I found, and anytime I needed to reschedule, the owner gets somebody in there right away.

I have an aide from Senior Services Options who helps me with bathing and with things I need. I liked the person who came out and talked to me. The lady that runs it is really nice. The caregiver is great. I'm satisfied with them.

I am a current client of this provider.
We have been using the services of Senior Services Options. So far it's been very good, and both of the caregivers we've had have also been good. They show up on time when they're supposed to and they're nice and pleasant people. They pretty much know what they're doing. We provided additional training that they needed and they completed that. We're fairly pleased with the agency, their responsiveness, and the quality of the girls they sent us. We've had a lot of caregivers in the past. We've had good ones, really bad ones, and some who are in between. I would rate these girls as some of the better ones. They assist in transferring my mother using a lift from her bed to the wheelchair, then back again at night. They also help with toileting, dressing, and they help her through the day because she's in a wheelchair so she has trouble reaching stuff. They also monitor when she needs anything. They're not trained with medication so they don't give her medication. She takes that herself and operates the lift herself with their assistance. If she needs help with a meal, which sometimes she does, they put it in the microwave for her. It's very simple caregiving and there's nothing complicated.

I am a past client of this provider.
I was unable to drive for a few weeks and after letting them know my appointment times, there was always someone there to pick me up and get me to my appointment. I was also taken to the grocery store when needed. I was having trouble keeping track of my medications and there was someone available to help me get my pill box fill properly and check to take sure I was taking my medications. Everyone I interacted with was kind and caring and I felt as if they were making sure I was well taken care of.

My care provider has gone over and beyond my expectations of her fine services. She is caring for my Mom in the same way that I would. I love how she takes the initiative to see that everything has been addressed (taken care of) in the comfort of my moms home that may not have been expected. Im at total ease knowing that she's there in my absence tending to the physical needs of mom. Thank you!
